What are InstaLift™ lifting threads?
An innovative approach to facelifts without surgery, Approved by Health Canada, tensor threads also called Thread Lift, are mainly intended for women and men aged between 30 and 65 who are looking for better definition of the jaw (jowls), an enhancement cheekbones and improved nose contour (nasolabial folds)

Micro-cones and bio-resorbable nodes will create a bidirectional anchoring system will be inserted under the skin (deep dermis) to provide a Lift.

Over time, the tensor threads will activate tissue repair and collagen stimulation mechanisms to gradually restore lost volume, leaving skin looking smoother and younger.

Silhouette InstaLift™ tensor threads are a great alternative, fast, minimally invasive, safe and without surgery to the traditional facelift, as well as a complement to the other rejuvenation treatments offered at our Epiderme Laser clinic.

How long does it last?
The enhancing effect lasts about 18 months. During this period, the threads trigger an increase in collagen production, thereby slowing down the aging process.
Is this treatment for me?
It is a recommended treatment for healthy men and women between the ages of 30 and 65 who would like to restructure the oval of the face and reposition the skin with a light to moderate release.
Side effects?
It is normal to feel numbness as a result of local anesthesia at the injection site and slight redness, swelling, and possibly bruising at the entry and exit points of the son.

All these effects will only be temporary and should disappear in the days that follow. The face can be sensitive the first week.

Clinical follow-ups will be strongly recommended one week after the procedure, one month after, and then every three or four months.

Is it painful?
The treatment will take about 45 minutes, and syringes used for local anesthesia have extremely small needles to minimize discomfort. We recommend applying ice packs for 3-5 minutes for the first 24 hours and taking acetaminophen as needed.
